  Staff ! Each member of the staff was courteous, helpful and engaging. Location was fantastic, just feet from beautiful beach. Dinner menu, absolutely delicious with great presentation. Did I mention the Staff ! - Helped carry luggage to 2nd floor, gated community, close to tourist activities and great restaurants, and fair distance from shopping ... ce que les gens disent » mall..   This is a very nice hotel and I hope to go back next year. The staff was very nice and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. I liked having the pool right outside my door and being able to relax in it 24/7. The beach is also very close and seemed more private than the other area beaches. Margarita, the manager was very nice and made a point to... ce que les gens disent » make sure we had everything we needed. The Niche (hotel's restaurant) was also very nice and Donna that works in the restaurant was very friendly and - I only stayed one night and because of circumstances it was a last minute call. From the moment I called they were helpful courteous, and from the moment I arrived I felt home. The staff was friendly and accommodating they have me a great room it was clean and cozy. It was right next to the beach and although a city beach it was very pleasant. The price was right and affordable. I would have loved to stay there longer. I recommend it.
