We were in Cleveland for the Race for the Cure. Hotel wasn't far
from anything we were planning on doing, before and after the race. The
view was wonderful and staff was very friendly!! Will stay here again,
next trip. -

Booked this mostly because of the great rate (better than most others), but was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room and amenities. Great location, near Lola restaurant. Free breakfast (with table service), free wifi. Stayed on a Wednesday night, when there were free drinks and food at the managers reception. A real find! -

Nice facilities, intimate, friendly, clean, well equipped rooms. I don't think any of the above best describes your hotel. I think warm and intimate fits better. -

The hotel has a shuttle service to take you to anywhere within two miles which is great. The shuttle took me to the nearby train station to go to the airport although I missed my flight as it took so long to go there by train. the service provided by the hotel was good. -

The staff were excellent. They went out of their way to provide for us in ways that were not required. For example, they provided us with a free breakfast even though we had not rented a room for which that came packaged. They also provided free internet in our rooms. The staff were very attentive and friendly.

Stayed here for one night on our way from Chicago to Nigaria Falls, found the hotel more than adequate, directly across the road from the Progressive Field home of the Cleveland Indians as stated. Would stay here again if we ever came back to Cleveland. Cost of parking the car was also very good. -
