We found every employee at the resort to be friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The area of Ko Olina was perfect for us. Golf, restaurants and beach activities all within walking distance or a free shuttle ride away. Downtown Honolulu traffic was a nightmare and we were so pleased we did not have to deal with that mess on a daily basis.

The service was awesome from valet to front desk, waitresses,bartender,
housekeeping, you name it! I really enjoyed the bed it was so
comfortable the tub was off the hook. That is what I call relaxation.

La situtation de l'hôtel. La vue des chambres. - We loved particularly the two magnificent and lovely ara parrots, Ula and Ikaika who welcomes -at their way- the customers in the lobby ! They are beautiful friends ! - We simply loved going to Turtle bay the first time in 2010 that we are headed back this summer. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice ocean

continued this way after my stay when I left my sunglasses behind).
Location was great - very picturesque and away from the city centre
(though still accessible via the courtesy shuttle bus). -

I liked the villa suite that my extended family and I stayed in. We got to spend quality, relaxing time together. The lagoon swimming and pool swimming were fantastic. Our ocean view was wonderful! The price was reasonable. -

When we arrived at approx 7.30am and found out check in wasn't until 3pm, we couldn't have been treated better, they told us to head up to the full buffet breakfast and to enjoy all of it on them, they gave us pool towels so we could use the pool or head to waikiki beach, they looked after all our luggage,and although we had to wait to almost 3pm

We stayed in an ocean view suite on the 21st floor. We actually had a view of the ocean and the mountains from our room which was really nice. The rooms were updated and very clean and the staff was very helpful. The location was convenient to everything!!! We were a block away from the beach, and the Beach walk shopping area was right downstairs from the hotel. There was plenty to do in the area and we did not need a car. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is extremely beautiful, in an amazing location, perfectly maintained, and the service was impeccable. A friend had recommended staying in the original building. As an appreciator of history and architecture; that was a good call. It's fun people watching and there is great Asian food in the area. -

Amazing apartment in the centre of everything - with a parking space. So well kitted out and immaculate. We never expected beach chairs, snorkels, masks, boogie board, beach umbrella, all there in the laundry cupboard there just to borrow - what a bonus. We were celebrating my father's 70 birthday and the whole family was at the Marriott (10 of us). We had 4 rooms between us at the Marriott. The rooms were so big spacious and partial ocean view was amazing. We had missed our flight leaving Hawaii and needed to check back in (we needed 4 rooms) and the staff (Tania) was amazing extremely helpful

We only had one problem-we did ask them to havea
a look at our fridge as it froze all our contents and it took them a week and a half of our stay to do anything about it. maybe they didn't understand us ,we had to tell them like 4 times until they replaced it.
Everything in fridge had to be thrown out.

Concierge was awesome, live music very good, coffee lady was so sweet,
cleaning staff was nice and friendly, bartender and drinks at Mac
24/7 were great. -
We liked the quite room and the hotel service. The MAC/24 served top of the line meals. The view from our 36 floor Ocean View balcony was terrific.
