  I thought the hotel was excellent. I have visited New York many times on business but this time I was travelling with my wife and teenage children who had not visited New York before. The hotel rooms were excellent and were clean, comfortable and looked just like the hotel photos. We were upgraded from a family room to a suite and it was excellent... ce que les gens disent » . It was by far the best hotel I have stayed at in New York and would be happy to recommend. It is also conveniently located. - The staff is very courteous, friendly, helpful. The concierge is very well informed, and knowledgeable with all kinds of restaurants; from raw vegan to the top steakhouses in the city. The house car is a plus. The location is perfect; a walking distance to anything you could think of!

  Le personnel était super sympa. La chambre était très propre. L'hôtel est dans la 58th street donc proche du Central Park et de la 5th Avenue. En ce qui concerne le petit déjeuner rien à critiquer. - L'emplacement est génial, le design très agréable, le rapport qualité/prix et surtout très calme.

  We loved the Inn as we first drove up and saw it. And once we checked in, the staff and rooms are wonderful. Breakfast and Dinner were absolutely delicious. We are looking forward to staying again. - Loved the staff. Loved the food.Loved the location and view of the mountains. It was very relaxing.

  the room were in was larger than most hotels have - there was a nice area set aside for kitchenette, a t able and chairs, wifi and ethernet - very nice - Quiet place (not to much noise), friendly staff, clean air, convenient location, kids playground, excellent food and drinks at the bar, pool league.

  Beautiful, historic hotel with friendly staff & great location. Rooms are well maintained and the staff is friendly & helpful. - Everything. It was an amazing 50th b-day present for my wife. We had a wonderful time and hope to return.

  I am a full-time traveller who flies at least 4 times per month, many of which are international trips. I have stayed in hotels all around the world in varying price ranges. I stayed in the Canterbury room facing the raging Niagra River as it races by towards the Falls...this is a simply spectacular and impressive view. Elizabethan sofas. - How close the Inn was to the Rapids and how we were able to walk around the usa side of the Falls and the Park. Everyone we met were helpful and friendly. The Coventry room was beautiful and so comfortably. Thanks to the Inn for upgrading us with no problem. Making reservations on the internet does not always show exactly what you are looking for. The Staff, especially Jeffrey who greeted us upon arrival was friendly and so helpful. He helped us with our luggage and showed us around our room. H

  Staff was very nice - unit was really clean and had all amenities. It was really a little apartment w/kitchen. Found it expensive as it wasn't really water view (far away from unit). - The marina was nice. The restaurant Alure was also nice.

  The price was great. I also liked that the rooms were warm. The location to the Olympic Arena was outstanding! Staff was very nice and accomodating - Clean bathrooms, clean room, windows that open, walk around balcony (made with timbers), good location.
