The staff were the most friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and for places within a mile we were offered the hotel courtesy bus.

Real nice stay. Close enough to Saratoga racecourse without getting beat up on the room rates. Absolutely top class steakhouse on site which was pricey but definely worth the buck (as good if not better than any nyc. Steakhouse I've eaten in. Proximity to the highway a plus. Overall nice stay, I'll probably be back there next time I'm in the area

The helpfullness and friendliness. Everyone was very professional and the place was very clean. - The room was fantastic and location great. Plenty of restaurants and delis close be. Also a great supermarket. Perfect apartment for families. Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. We were really impressed.

OM-Gosh! What a hotel....
Firstly the staff are A-mazing and secondly the hotel is just marvellous.
This hotel is more like a private members club than a hotel, its chic, suave and sophisticated but by no means 'showey' like most high-end expensive hotels.

The closest hotel I have found is the Milestone in London. It has perfect, large rooms for NYC, free snacks and soft drinks, a wonderful spa, and enough quirks and charms to make it I suspect the best hotel experience in NYC. You can pay up for a fancy, big lobby but I think this is actually the best hotel experience.

We stayed in a 1Bedroom Apartment for overnight. The place was well maintained and clean and surroundings peaceful. There were good number of restaurants which were quite close to the hotel. We wish we could have stayed there for more time to enjoy the hotel. -

Awesome location, right at the end of Mirror Lake. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, lake. What a view from the balcony!! Picture perfect! Beautiful hotel with easy check-in/check-out. We are a middle aged couple that traveled with our daughter and grand-baby. The suite design of the room worked great for us. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the polka dotted shower curtain was a bit of whimsy for a motel room. -

A nice clean comfortable hotel with delightful staff, nice breakfast ( complilmentary) we were there for a gymnastics competition which was very early in the morning and while normal hours for weekend breakfast began at 7am, breakfast was open and ready at 5am to accomadate those who needed to leave early..I will stay here each time we travel for

It was so close to where our son is going to college (SUNY Cortland) We could get him moved in and a short trip, we were relaxing.! Try to reserve a room for "parents weekend" was sad to hear all booked up. Will try to call to see if there were any cancellations. LOVED the woman in the breakfast room!!! What a doll! Made it a great morning for all of us!!

Well managed with a very attentive and helpful staff. The room we had was very comfortable with excellent beds for getting a good nights rest. While there is very little to do in the immediate area, it is located in such a place to facilitate getting to Lake Champlain, Ausable Chasm, Lakes Placis and Saranac and many other outdoor venues.
