The fact that the hotel was so small made it so you saw the same front
of house staff everyday. It made everything feel very familiar and
comfortable. The concierge was a great help in choosing a show and
getting us great seats at the very last minute. The front desk was
accommodating when we asked to change rooms as well. The room, although
small, felt very comfortable and not too crowded.

They were very accommodating to let us check in hours before 4pm, which
was a plus considering we drove 10 hours with a toddler. Shawn or as he
prefers to be called Whatawhata was wonderful. He was the friendliest

I loved the design of the rooms, the casino was amazing and very well
put together, even with the renovation going on It didnt change a thing.
The staff at the front desk were extremely nice and took very good care
of my friends and I. There was a slight mix up of rooms but they had it
settled and changed our rooms in no time and everything went smoothly. I
will defiantly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in New York!

Once we got over the inefficiency of what letsbookhotel.com had organised, the staff at The Pierre were excellent and arranged what we couldn't accomplish through many emails and telephone discussions. -

this hotel was great the junior suite was a nice size we had 2 small kids with us and they both slept on the pullout the bedroom had a very comfy king bed for the wife and I. at 460 + - with tax for the night I recommend it if your traveling with small children - We liked everything! A great hotel! They upgraded us (the price was the same). Excell

This was my second stay at The Bowery and I still love it. You really feel like you are in NY not the tourist version of NY that you see on TV (if that makes sense). The location of the hotel is perfect for my needs. If shopping is your thing, then you are within walking distance of Soho. There are loads of great bars and restaurants within wal

Iove how close hotel is to my daughters apt and many great restaurants. I loved the view out my window of buildings and empire state bldg. I just love the Bowery. This is our place from now on!!! Will bring my husband in Oct. love your employees. Very genuine. Fun to see a celebrity now and then but most of all how they can be just people like the rest of us while relaxing and not having attention brought to them.

soaking tub and a lovely shower with hand held spray. This latter
feature is often omitted in even many nicer hotels. Of course the marble

The sound system was nice. Our room faced the back and so was extemely
quiet for nyc. Of course, the staff was as pleasant as could be. -
The staff were ALL extremely helpful and friendly. The room was large and beautifully decorated. The bathroom was very large and extremely nice. The shower was amazing and had great water pressure. The bed was deliciously comfortable. Even though our room overlooked Madison Avenue, it was very quiet. In short, it was wonderful!!
