  I found them very friendly at the desk. When we got there there were a group of teenagers staying at the hotel and were very rowdy.with not a lot of supervision.   Le personnel de l'hôtel est super. La chambre que nous avions réservée (Queen- Deluxe) était parfaite et extrêmement confortable (le lit surtout).   It was really quiet. We slept great and it was very clean and neat. The staff was professional but, cordial. The complementary breakfast was just right. We had overnight snow and they were out bright and early to have it plowed. We will definitely stay again.

  We stepped off the street and into the past. What a place to stay at. One of the highlights of our stay in America. We were met by Felicia, the gracious hostess, and shown around the house and to our room furnished with period furniture with the mod cons discretely available. We were given a code for the front door so we could arrive at all hours and immediately set off to a nearby subway to see the town. Felt s - Kiki, I guess the house manager, has been brilliant. She has fixed our room arrangement issue and has been helpful on many other things. We love the room setting - very homy and luxuries at the same time, bathroom/towels are very clean. Have to mention the breakfast too - good selection and extremely nice dinning room.
