Location. It had everything you need for a fun vacation... indoor pool, hot tub, sports bar, pool table and darts, and gift shop. The restaurant food was wonderful with our meals overflowing the plates. The room was updated and clean, and the best was the friendly staff. Very honest. They deducted the cost of 1 night's stay from our bill
(although we did not ask them for a refund), and moved us to another
room due to an electric socket issue. Staff on desk extremely helpful.
Hotel only a 5 minute walk away from falls. Bedding, pillows and towels
all beautiful.

The cleaning staff was lovely and brought more pillows and blankets. The desk staff was very pleasant. The view of the canal and harbour were great. -

Wonderful swimming pools for children, wonderful staff! Interesting decor. Super comfortable beds!! Great price, good value for money. Staff very sweet to young children (3 toddlers under4) -

Very nice hotel. Stayed there for 1 night with my wife and 2 grown children. We took 2 rooms - one with a king size bed for us and one with 2 queen beds for the children. The rooms were pretty big, the bed very comfortable. The hotel is adjacent to a Walmart super center which is open 24 hours. It's a 3 minute walk from the hotel. We stayed there to go to the Waterloo Premium Outlets which are 10 minutes by car from there.

The staff was excellent. Very courteous and welcoming. We had originally booked for 1 night and decided to stay in the area for an extra night. They were able to cheerfully accommodate us for the extra night with no problem.

Loved the sauna & will next time get a massage as well. I love the fact that there is a swimming pool, jacuzzi, massage therapist, & sauna. Perfect for those stiff muscles from driving. The rooms are very clean, well decorated, & quiet. Both the female & male receptionists were considerate & prompt.
