  The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel was super-close to the park, meaning we saved a ton on parking fees. There is several fastfoods 2 blocks from the Room(close to subway line 4) and also a 24/7 grocery store(close to the subway line D). The neighborhood is ok even when you arive late at night. The owner is a self-made entrepreneur and has been successful with four domiciles just like this one.
