Good hotel in centre of Syracuse. Its is within walking distance both to downtown and to the University. Big rooms with free internet. Easy to find with its round form and 18 stories, so when you go by car you found it easily. -

The complimentary shuttle service from the hotel to Cornell was greatly appreciated, as was the free continental breakfasts (waffle-machine was a bonus!). My boyfriend and I loved how friendly and accommodating the staff was,
especially with our dog who was staying with us. When we arrived there
was a framed "welcome" for Bob our puppy with treats and water

The room was clean and comfortable. The view was really nice as well. The entire time I was there I felt comfortable; from the moment I stepped into the fireplace-lit entrance (with a visitors library, which was also awesome!) it was a nice place to be. All of the facilities were clean and the breakfast area was spotless and the food delicious. Highly recommend!!

The fact that the hotel was so small made it so you saw the same front
of house staff everyday. It made everything feel very familiar and
comfortable. The concierge was a great help in choosing a show and
getting us great seats at the very last minute. The front desk was
accommodating when we asked to change rooms as well. The room, although
small, felt very comfortable and not too crowded.

Stayed there for my birthday and was amazed as soon as I walked in the door! The level of customer service was top notch! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is swanky and done right from the artwork in the lobby to the, spa, to the rooms, to the restaurant and nightclub. It truly is a one stop shop experience.
