The motel was only a few blocks away from the beach, it was very close
to all conveniences (Acme, Wawa, restaurants), the pool was extremely
clean, the room was clean, it was very cheap to stay there, check out
time was at 10am and we paid an extra $30 to stay until 6pm

The staff was so polite. They were approachable, and genuine! They were friendly and informative! We requested a late check out because the wedding we were in was at 3 and we were from out of state. They accomodated us and gave us options of places to eat and visit. Even allowed us to rest in the lobby and watch the game while we waited. It m

Beds were clean and comfortable. Good space for my family of six. Two beach passes came in handy. Two flat screen TV's were new, but we didn't use them as there was so many other things to do out and about. -
It is not the "Ritz" but perfect for us as grandparents with 6 grandchildren.. could not beat the location and the staff fantastic....

The lady and man at the front desk were very friendly! They were nice
enough to let us keep our car parked for free the day we checked out.
The room was air conditioned and steps away from the boardwalk. Awesome
place to stay if you're a young adult trying to save a few dollars. -
i liked how it was very close to the beach..the owner and his wife

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and well air conditioned. This is an inn, so if you are a dummy expecting a five star hotel, this is not that. There are places like that but not in Belmar. -

After booking my room, I went and read some reviews. Needless to say,
they had me quite worried, however, I was pleasantly surprised! The room
was clean with no odors, the staff was friendly, and there were no
issues with parties or anything of that sort. The staff even offered to
let us keep the car there while we went to the beach. The Location

Looking at the dates of the other reviews, I have to assume the issues
stem -
Seconds from everything. Right across the street from the
beach/boardwalk.Resturants and other hotels right around the

When we arrived on Monday we were informed there was an error in the
booking and they had 5 of us booked into a two double bed room when I
had reserved a suite. They could put us in a suite the next night at the

accommodating and brought a cot up to the room and got us into the suite
the following night. We were only charged for a double room -
The hotel was clean and cute. The office is at the hotel next door but
they were very friendly and helpful. It's a nice place to stay with
minimal invasion from staff.
