The staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean. The breakfast was wonderful with plenty of options. The rooms were large with not a lot of clutter. Location is wonderful as there are plenty of restaurants around including an Old Country Buffet, Dunkin Donuts and Tim Hortons. -

Love all the details. Paul Mitchell toiletries, strong wifi in our room (on 2nd floor), feather pillows, comfortable bed, hot (not warm) hot tub for adults (kids had pool), room cleaned every day (stayed 3 days), extra towels delivered within 15 minutes, just an awesome place to stay. I was impressed with the location, cleanliness. the staff person and the overall "feel" of the room. I was in town for a brief time to attend a volunteer training seminar and due to the comfort I felt being at this hotel, I wish I would have booked for two nights.

I liked that it was reasonably priced and the staff was very accommodating. We had to leave a day early and they gave no problems about refunding our money for a night that we already paid for. -

The entire hotel was exceptionally clean. I look at the cleanliness of light fixtures, wall art, etc. The staff was very polite. The dining area had fresh fruit that was individually wrapped with Saran Wrap....brilliant. -

Room was clean and everything operated well. It appears the property is undergoing some updating and renovation...but it didn't interfere with our stay. Great value in an in-demand location between Novi/Northville and Farmington Hills. -

The location was amazing - just a few minutes walk to downtown, Mackinac Island Ferries, and Colonial Michilimackinac. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Very comfy bed! Breakfast was sufficient. Pool area was nice as well. -

We have stayed at the Baymont several times now and have not had any complaints as of yet. The rooms are of adequate size. The added Coffee Pot, Refrigerator, and Microwave in each room is a huge bonus for us. The breakfast is always timely and Hot/Cold according to what they're serving and filling. Pool and Spa area is always clean. -

This hotel is in a great location for an overnight when flying out of Detroit airport. The airport shuttle is free and runs every15 minutes. They will even drop you off directly at the car rental. Location very close to the airport with free shuttle service to the
airport and the car rental location, a few restaurants and fast food
restaurants in walking distance to the hotel, nice for staying after or
before arrivals, for everything else a car is needed. Breakfast for
american hotel standards quite ok.
