The manager Andrew Baccam met me at the entrance and introduced himself while my family was checking in. He provided information regarding a specific restaraunt, confirmed my directions and suggested additional places to see during my vacation. I was there for 3 days and all staff were friendly and accomodating. I did not have a single complain

We were always greeted when we left and when we arrived back with a
friendly greeting. We always saw smiles. The staff went out of their way
to take care of us when we needed to change rooms. The breakfast was
enough to get us through to lunch. The hotel was a very convenient
location for our stay. The bed was comfortable, and the rooms were
large. We would stay there again.

My husband and I make Clearwater a hotel our destination when we travel to Mackiaw City. We've stayed there about 7-8 times over 21 years if marriage.
Always clean, professional staff, particularly the office staff. Quiescent and located right on Lake Huron. Great accommodations.

My mother, brother, sister-in-law and I stayed in adjoining rooms. We loved the entire experience, especially the price, view of Bridge and the great amenities such as plenty of lounge chair, great swings, firepits, indoor pool, Jacuzzi and morning coffee.

The staff was wonderful from the moment we walked in the door. All of them made our children feel extra special and went above and beyond. The little things that each of the staff members did made our stay so great. The pool was very nice, breakfast was good, and the location was ideal. -

This hotel is in a great location for an overnight when flying out of Detroit airport. The airport shuttle is free and runs every15 minutes. They will even drop you off directly at the car rental. The hotel is fairly quiet. I only heard a couple of planes overhead. The beds and room are comfortable. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast

Location very close to the airport with free shuttle service to the
airport and the car rental location, a few restaurants and fast food
restaurants in walking distance to the hotel, nice for staying after or
before arrivals, for everything else a car is needed. Breakfast for
american hotel standards quite ok.
