Loved the atmosphere on the grounds with the open-air lobby and tropical landscaping.
The on-site restaurant had excellent food and a view of the pool and ocean. The tiki torch lighting in the evenings with the sound of the conch shell and great entertainer was also very memorable.

We liked how close we were to the beach. I left my sliding glass door open all night so I could hear the ocean. Very soothing. There are a lot of places to stay on Maui, I feel that I stayed in the best location!! Easy to get in and out. Hwy 30 just down the street. The staff made it extremely easy to come and go. They weren't pushy, but available when you needed them.

The location is beyond belief. The views are amazing. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the entire hotel has a nice easy, non-pretentious vibe that fits authentic Hawaii. This isn't Las Vegas in the Islands and we love that it isn't. We were booked in another hotel next door, and cancelled just so we could stay at the Mahana as we started

We loved the apartment that we were given as it was facing the ocean. The 2 bedroom unit fit our family of 7. We felt at home and the unit provided everything that we needed. We loved that Mahana had the Expedio desk with the helpful Susan Ramos who assisted us in planning our tours. The Mahana is just 5-7 mins walk to the supermarket which is a plus and is just near the shuttle bus stop.

location - great access to the beach, soft sands, and if you walk 10 mins north the snorkeling is great. kitchen area is very handy. renting equipt (snorkel, paddle board) is super easy - go visit the stand right behind Castaway cafe - easy and simple, and Rodrigo is a great instructor. totally recommend them and this place. -

The staff were friendly, but busy.
Anyone who made noise before 8am were reminded of the quiet rule.
Everything was well-regulated, including the parking- you better park between the lines or else!

The location is great, having the Whalers village right next door was so convenient with lots of places to eat out.
The beach was lovely, very clean and long enough to walk daily to keep the holiday kilo's down.
We loved our unit, it was spacious and comfortable, it overlooked the village and had a great sea view.

Everything about this place is excellent except the pool which is far too small for the amount of guests there are. However as its right on the beach, the ocean and local sea turtles make up for it. The beach is spacious and not crowded. Room is modern, with everything you need. We loved out stay here.

The condo was on the beach and offered excellent facilities. It was
light and airey and there was free parking facilities and wifi.
Geographically the condo was easily to find and was in a good position
to access other places on Maui. It was lovely to wake up in the morning
to look over the Pacific ocean. There is a good well looked after pool.

I really enjoyed the location. We were close to everything needed and had easy access to a great long stretch of sandy beaches. It was nice to see and listen to the ocean each night as we went to bed. People were friendly and could enjoy morning and evening strolls down the beach. The rooms were well kept and very clean, I was very pleased to have a washer and dryer in our room. I would recommend staying here to anyone and for a repeat stay.

Ideal location, on seafront and a short stroll into Lahaina town.
Great facilities, including fully equipped kitchenette (which saves on eating out expenses, not to mention keeping that afternoon lanai beer chilled).

We liked pretty much everything. The view was amazing! the welcoming was practical and helpful. The apartment was exactly what we were looking for: Well located and close to the beach. Jim Music was very accommodating in getting us a room earlier than check-in. We were very fortunate that we stayed longer the next day since the room wasn't booked. We were able to eat supper and take a shower before our late flight. The staff was absolutely wonderful in helping us with our stay. - I like everything!!! Kahana Beach is most time
