Loved the adult infinity pool and that our room was a few feet away. We had an awesome oceanfront room that was very close to the pool. The pool side staff was very friendly and service was excellent. Front desk was freindly and helpful. Maid service was good too. -

Variety of pools suited all ages. Children of all ages were well catered for and hence adults were able to enjoy the location and amenities and relax, I especially loved my visits to the adults only pool. Our room was fantastic, the beds exceptionally comfortable. The beach was beautiful and I loved having breakfast in the Grand dining room. -

This is Hawaii's Hawaiian Hotel. We had a room on the main floor, garden view, room 178 (smoking outside). It didn't face the large area of the garden, but it did have a small garden outside our room. We enjoyed it more because it was secluded. You could see the ocean through the trees. big and comfortable villa with 2 bathrooms and one bedroom. The living room is well equipped. It is a pity that we only spend 3nights there since this unit is so good! very good for family with children. -

We exited the taxi and were welcomed to the Four Seasons with a lei, which we expected. A porter took us to the check-in desk at 11:00 A.M. where only one girl was working. The check-in girl snapped at the porter stating she was already serving someone. Dave came on the scene and checked us in and walked us to the elevator answering all our quest

The staff were very welcoming from when we first arrived. Throughout our stay we were recognized and equipt for with no trouble. All staff were brilliant at remembering our names which was very impressive. Everyone had their role to maximize the fine detail around the hotel, the design was beautiful and the lay out was very nice. Rooms were spacious and homely. I would definatly recommend this hotel.

what an amazing hotel/apartment! we stayed here early october 2013, and were instantly blown away. we had an amazing view of wailea beach, which was only a 10 minute walk from the village. although there isn't a shopping centre as such, there is a small complex filled with designer label boutiques also a 10 minute walk from the village. i suggest

Unit was well equiped with both kitchen items and beach chairs, etc. The view was great. Loved the pools, beach access and lounge chairs. The unit was large, decorated nicely and had a great lanai. The property was located perfectly in Wailea. Had a wonderful week there. -

I came with my then wife on a 25th anniversary trip in 1997. Since then there has been quite a bit of development of other hotels in the area since then but there is still a feeling of space because of the surrounding golf courses. Access from pool to sea is excellent.
