  I liked the location - not really in the heart of the action, but a close enough walk. But being right on the boardwalk and having parking next door could not have been more convenient.   Rooms were clean and spacious - refrig big enough with freezer compartment so you could manage breakfast and lunch without going out. Staff was very helpful (allowing late check-out). 2 pools offered variety and of course, location right on the boardwalk. - We had a suite that accommodated all of our needs.   The first thing I would like to say is the hotel held nothing back when it comes to getting a good nights sleep. The hotel had temperpeidicmattresess witch made me feel right at home-I may have spelled that wrong but None the less the bedding is worth mentioning. Overall this is my favorite hotel in Ocean City because of cleanliness, the room sizes are nice and big and the staff is very friendly :) We had a great stay :) We will def go back :)

  Location is great. Easy walking distance t inner harbor and little Italy. Although valet parking is a bit pricey they were very efficient and polite. Free breakfast was great expect for the coffee which tastes terrible. - The facilities are nice, rooms clean and up to date.   We were plesantly surprised with our accomodations based on reviews we saw. We had an end room so noise wasn't a problem. The staff was friendly and courteous. The hotel gym was great, though one of the attendants was a little intrusive and wouldn't let us work out in peace. Luckily, he was only there one day. The location was great!   I loved the location and the staff. We had one minor problem, couldn't get our hot water to work in our room. The manager immediately upgraded us to another room. Everything we needed was very close to the hotel, food, shopping, the beach, the boardwalk, even a grocery store which is important with small children. Coconuts obviously has the best happy hour of any other bar in Ocean City i've been to, and as far as clean goes this is the cleanest hotel i've been to in a long time. Used to be well over 350 a night for a hotel stay and wasn't even this satisfied and paid a much better rate than that. You don't even have to leave the ho - I liked how my room and the view of the ocean was exactly how it was portrayed in the ads. At first I was alarmed by the size of the refrigerator but it held a lot of items and kept the foods nice and cold. My room was flawless. Even the double sofa bed was nice and comfortable.   Enjoyed the close proximity of all the nature related locations. Lots of state parks and Forrest. Lots to do and free. Also enjoyed the obstacle courses and numerous activities the resort had to offer - Everything was clean and friendly, got there after 9pm, so we didn't get to use the resort other than sleeping.
