I had amended my booking on letsbookhotel.com from 1 to 2 nights but for whatever reason we were only booked in for the 2nd night. breakfast included with the room, 24 hr coffee, chocolate chip cookies,
the hardworking staff in charge of the breakfast (she was tireless),
hotel is located near all the modern conveniences to include shopping,
food, gas, etc. My room was very quiet as well. Near enough to beach,
city of portland, and interior of the State of Maine.

for the quality of the hotel, the price was fantastic, an added bonus was a good continental breaky with warm items, very clean with modern amenities, having walmart and lowes and a woodfired pizza spot so close made for an excellent stay

This fabulous place is so friendly and comfortable. It's clean and convenient to everything. The snacks in the lobby are an added treat. The front desk personnel are very friendly and helpful. The accommodations were 4 star for a 2 star price! Very, very nice. I would stay there again any time. -

Arriving late, we found our key and directions sticked to the office door. Very friendly and helpful staff the next morning. The cottage was very cosy and clean, and although the appliances and shower would benefit from an update, it didn't feel old or outdated overall. Airco a bit noisy but keeping the cottage cool in July.

The cottages were very cute, clean, and cozy. Everything you needed was there, it was fall the heat was awesome, the man at the desk was friendly and helpful, it was dark when we arriced and he had gone down and turned our outside lights on for us, and recommended toppings a pizza place that delivered they were fast cheap and yummy! We loved the cottages and will go back! Always a plus not too far from congdons donut shop!

We couldnt find anything reasonable inside the harbor so we looked online at the Flagship. I admit I was a little worried because it looks like a very large occupancy no frills motel and the rates are so low. To my surprise the room was very clean and comfortable. In spite of being close to the road it was very quiet. The breakfast was fine. T

Updated, very comfortable rooms. One side has pretty views of pine-y woods and stream. Breakfast is included, and good. Not in the harbor/on the water, but within walking distance of town (maybe 4 city blocks), and a central location for getting to places in Boothbay region (East Boothbay/Ocean Point, Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens, etc.).
