We loved the architect and charm of the mansion along with the large
bedrooms and personal balcony off our bedroom. Each staff member was
very accomodating for whatever need; and the food and service at the
restaurant and complimentary breakfast were absolutely wonderful. -

The location in the Garden District was within walking distance of the lovely antebellum mansions and great restaurants. The streetcar was right outside our door. We booked at the Avenue Plaza at the last minute because our reserved hotel room elsewhere had a broken pool. For $10 more a night, the amenities were more than doubled. We were so happy with our stay at the Plaza I will book there every return (business) trip. It is worth not "shopping around" to stay there.

The amazing sunsets! Loved the lazy river (pool) and swim up bar. The casino area is huge! And fun! The food was delicious! -

Everyone so friendly and helpful. Even had a valet employee go across the street to try and get me a map when i needed directions. Front desk employee worked above and beyond to let us move to an adjoining room with our friends when stayed a second night. Waitress in cafe very helpful and buffet was great. We will be back with more friends. Thanks

We stayed one night stay in this outstanding hotel. The room was spacious. The bathroom was large with a tub/shower and a separate shower. The bed was very comfortable. The exterior, lobby, restaurants, restrooms and casino were very clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and quite helpful. The value was very, very good.
