  I truly enjoy my stay at the Roosevelt. I loved the turn down service. Everything about our stay was fantastic. I would stay at the Roosevelt again in a heart beat.   We loved the architect and charm of the mansion along with the large bedrooms and personal balcony off our bedroom.   At arrival the door man and bell staff were very friendly. The rooms are large and beds very comfortable with soft linens. Bathroom has a GREAT separate shower with large tub very nice.   The staff was nice and friendly. Clean nice quite room. Free cookies by the elevator. Your room key is needed to operate the hotel elevator. The casino is across from the hotel. - The pool area where we spend the majority of our time was AMAZING! The room was spectacular. Over all the majority of try staff went above and beyond.

  This hotel is boutique style, which we always prefer, with an upscale, elegant mixture of traditional and modern decor, and not corporate or pretentious or stuffy at all. The lobby is grand, gorgeous and welcoming, soft and dimly lit for a trendy, romantic, yet professional feel. The special touch of a collection of my favourite snacks for my second stay there value-added to the whole experience. The location was excellent and safe for getting to and from the french quarters and the convention centre. The cafe red gravy down the road was a fantastic place for breakfast each morning!
