  I liked the fact that the hotel was very well maintained and quiet although it was located very close to the busy section of the French Quarter, which I also liked. I also liked the public parking garage that was very close by and cost much less than the hotel's price of $30 per night for parking on the premises. - Very Quiet and clean. The Decor ... ce que les gens disent » was beautiful. I'd like to thank Kelly in reservations and Gersan at the front desk for excellent Customer Service!

  The staff was nice and friendly. Clean nice quite room. Free cookies by the elevator. Your room key is needed to operate the hotel elevator. The casino is across from the hotel. - The pool area where we spend the majority of our time was AMAZING! The room was spectacular. Over all the majority of try staff went above and beyond.
