  Great beds and plenty of pillows, big flat screen tv, large room. We had stayed at a local hotel in Edwardsville 2 weeks earlier for more money and the Super 8 was nicer! - The size, temperature, cleanliness, and location of the room were ideal.

  The staff was very friendly !!! The building was older but clean and comfortable. We had a blow dryer and coffee pot in our room.Plenty of hot water for our showers in the morning. We took a dip in the clean pool and hot tub. The free breakfast was basic but did the job so we could get back on the rode.   The bed was comfortable. It was close to the Naval base. - Not worth the money very shabby . Needs updating and they don't tell you even though there are 2 queen beds in room if 4 people stay you pay $5.00 extra per person per day rip off.

  The location was perfect for us to travel between the two sides of Shawnee National Forest. It was away from hotel row making it quieter. There were fantastic restaurants within walking distance. Staff was professional and accommodating to our needs.
