All I have to say is AMAZING!!! Best place we have ever stayed!! Staff were very friendly and answered all questions and concerned promptly! We stayed with 4 young children in a 2 bedroom apt, and it was fantastic! So much better than a regular hotel room! The decor was fabulous and the whole apt was super clean.. we even had 2 bathrooms which was

The hotel was located at 'the loop', where everything happend in Chicago.
It was great to have a train station just in front of the hotel. We were there during a cold weather with snow, and to run away from the cold, train is the best and cheapest way to visit the city. The apartment was very complete, for who will ahve a long stay it is perfect to cook and have cheaper meals. My husband and I had breakfast every day there and dinner at the the bars and restaurant close to the hotel.

There was a little mix up due to our reservartion via
"letsbookhotel.com" and the desk supervisor took care of it. Bar
personnel were friendly and made good drinks. Free parking was a plus. -
Reception staff were extremely helpful.
Arriving at 0800 after an overnight flight from Hawaii was not an issue. Room available on arrival.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel was
beautiful with alot of nice "little touches" like scented
candles lit in the lobby area at night. It is centrally located and very
easy to get around. Concierge staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Hotel is really clean and comfy.
Location of the hotel is amazing especially the view from the top levels is marvellous.
The room was spacious and covered us all 5 adults and a kid.
In house coffee bar was great they had nesperesso machines and the capsules were provided everyday.
Hotel staff were helpful in finding us taxis
while we wait in the lobby and it was really quick.
Once we arrived they gave our kid a gift

Staff at the reception and at the Continental breakfast corner very welcoming, pleasant and ready to help.

Very clean hotel just basic needs are there. They have a sign up for
shuttle to get to the airport. We took the train to downtown chicago,
came back and got another ride with hotel shuttle back. Nice and safe
way to visit Chicago and ride the train. -

The bed was very comfortable. The room was nice and clean and breakfast was wonderful. Staff was great that kept our luggage behind the counter while we went to have lunch at Copeland b/c our train didn't leave until 1:30. They didn't have to do that but they did. -

We have enjoyed our stay at Napperville a lot. Rooms were very clean, staff was very nice and helpful (thanks Mario), price was great, transportation to Chicago was easy, breakfast was tasty, even WiFi doesn't have those needless login pages or password so you feel just like at home.
Look no further, if you want to visit Chicago on limited budget

I liked having access to the major locations I needed to visit without the severe traffic problems of downtown. The gentleman who checked us in was extremely nice and helpful. I liked having the refrigerator and microwave as standard in the room. And I liked having wifi as standard.

Hotel is outstanding, service is top notch, attention to detail great, our room and view was really perfect. Looked straight out at the Watertower and lake, gorgeous. Housekeeping was awesome, room was spotless and they always managed to appear and take care of everything while we were out of the room, great timing. I liked the hot tub. It was just the right temperature, and several times I had it to myself. I liked the room. The king size bed was very comfortable, clean bathroom, and nice décor. When I was going into my room, a lady was coming out. She was inspecting the room to make sure that the cleaning staff did their job. That was pretty cool. The

The staff really did everything to make our stay exactly what we wanted.
When I had trouble getting on the internet, they immediately gave me a
cable. When we locked ourselves out of the room, they gave us new cards
on the spot. When I needed directions, I got courteous, helpful
directions and a map!
