Hotel is outstanding, service is top notch, attention to detail great, our room and view was really perfect. Looked straight out at the Watertower and lake, gorgeous. Housekeeping was awesome, room was spotless and they always managed to appear and take care of everything while we were out of the room, great timing. Food is excellent at this hotel, do not miss the rooftop bar on a beautiful day and lunch at Nomi was excellent. The concierge staff was helpful with every detail and you cannot

The staff was so warm and welcoming upon our arrival and stay. Rooms were very clean and well kept; included a table with 2 chairs and an overstuffed wingback chair. A nice place and good value for a "basic" hotel. The desk person was very gracious to look up directions to a restaurant and print them out since there is no computer for the public
