The staff was very friendly, always helpful. They seemed to anticipate that I had a question and volunteered their assistance. We felt safe. My husband and I noticed your hotel's security - alert but discreet. We had an amazing, wonderful first trip to Chicago. The Hyatt Regency certainly was a big part of making our vacation so enjoyable. Chicago people are friendly, obviously proud of their city and eager to make visitors feel welcome.

From the minute we pulled into the car port we were greeted by friendly,
helpful staff that were not pushy in anyway. All they wanted to do was
help us unload our luggage, park the car and point us in the right
direction and once inside the front desk staff took over on the helpful,
friendly atmosphere. I would recommend this beautiful hotel to an

We went to watch the Chicago Bears play. The hotel was nice, walking
distance to Soldier Feild. Clean & modern hotel, cabs lined up
outside to take you anywhere your little heart desires, friendly staff,
and we booked through letsbookhotel.com and a received free parking bonus. I
compared rates with another large booking company, and letsbookhotel.com was
cheaper. I will definately book through them again!

It was a very nice place. I would like to come back anytime. I thought the price was just fine for all of the attractions near by. I would have no problems staying here again. Very Good!!! -
Loved ENO Restaurant, located in Hotel, food was wonderful, especially the wine selection.
Loved being able to walk to shops like Burberry and Zara.

The breakfast with the omelet bar is simply great. One of the best breakfasts I've ever had in any hotel anywhere in the world.
All the staff at the reception are extremely friendly and helpful. Also the complimentary shuttle bus departing every 15 minutes between the hotel and the airport is a great plus! -

There was a little mix up due to our reservartion via
"letsbookhotel.com" and the desk supervisor took care of it. Bar
personnel were friendly and made good drinks. Free parking was a plus. -
Reception staff were extremely helpful.
Arriving at 0800 after an overnight flight from Hawaii was not an issue. Room available on arrival.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel was
beautiful with alot of nice "little touches" like scented
candles lit in the lobby area at night. It is centrally located and very
easy to get around. Concierge staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Location of the hotel is amazing especially the view from the top levels is marvellous.

while we wait in the lobby and it was really quick.

Excellent location next to a great park and within 5 mins walk of Lake Michigan. Transport into city super easy from right outside the hotel or you can walk into the city within half hour.
Design of the hotel funky & individual - loved the staff 'uniforms' with the bow ties etc.

Great hotel in an awesome location. Excellent customer service from the staff. Roof top bar/restaurant has amazing views. The hotel has a very cool retro feel and the decor is great. The restaurant was good - pricey, but you can grab a bite at the bar. The bartendar provided excellent service.

I received excellent service from the cleaning, dining and front desk staff. Each employee I met was kind and seemed to enjoy helping me. The room was cozy and when I arrived early tired from my flight I was allowed to check into my room early. I was also able to stow my bag in a secure room after checkout time. I loved the comfort and hospitality

Quaint old fashioned 1928 decor. Friendly staff. Great location just blocks to to the Amtrak and elevated train to Chicago. 30 minutes to downtown Chicago. Great restaurants nearby. They put breakfast out early so I could grab something before 7 am. The staff printed out my bill the night before as I was leaving early and told me where to put my room key in the morning.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was nice and clean and breakfast was wonderful. Staff was great that kept our luggage behind the counter while we went to have lunch at Copeland b/c our train didn't leave until 1:30. They didn't have to do that but they did. -

Our suite was spacious and well appointed. Loved the decor, the large glass shower, the refrigerator, and the tv on a disk that rotated toward either the sofa or the king size bed. Breakfast buffet was excellent - recommend taking the add-on to the rate if offered. We were only there one night so didn't check out the pool or fitness area.

This is a good location. The red line subway is just next to the main
hotel entrance. The Magnificent Mile is a couple of blocks away. There
are many restaurants within walking distance. A one page list was
provided by the hotel. A business center is provided by the hotel where
you can check the internet and print off information without charge.

Our room was very spacious and quiet. They put us on the top floor, next to the stairwell so we didn't hear any street traffic. I loved how quiet the bathroom was. The lights didn't buzz and the toilet wasn't loud. I was very impressed by the staff at the front desk and would stay at this hotel again in a heartbeat!
