  I liked the coziness of the Inn. The room was very nice and my window overlooked the Main Street which was very quaint. Breakfast was excellent. Staff very nice. - Location ideal for an academic visit to Wesleyan. Good access to downtown shops and restaurants. Dining room remained open past 10 pm, which was a big help.

  The place was clean and fresh and close to shopping and restaurants. The breakfast in the morning was good and made even better by the wonderful service provided by the host/waiter. - had a problem setting room temperature. I called the front desk and a very nice young man came immediately and fixed it and showed me how to do it myself

The Hilton reservation clerk was extremely nice and helpful She called booking .com who acknowledged their error and I got my room.   We had an entirely positive experience when we stayed at the Ramada Groton/Mystic. The moment we walked in we were warmly greeted by the front desk. Check in was a breeze...The room was clean, comfortable and inviting. The restaurant attached was delicious - the pool and spa were crystal clear and very clean. An overall excellent experience, - Registration was easy; front desk staff were pleasant and accomodating. Our room/area had been recently redecorated, things appeared new with only some mild finish/detail work needed. Room was quiet. No real major flaws; would stay here again or recommend to others.
