Our King room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable.
Breakfast Buffet on Saturday of stay was great.
Front Desk staff were Awesome; freindly and helpful.

We stayed here as part of the GOTV weekend, and enjoyed the hotel's shuttle when the regular bus shuttle was late. Fantastic breakfast buffet and friendly front desk staff. Great and convenient location for this festival -- this was my 8th year attending, and 3rd yr staying in hotel.. LOVE IT! -

Short distance to our son's home with a beautiful, clean, comfortable room. Staff at all levels were very friendly and welcoming. -
the staff was excellent, cheerful andd responsive. Havng the Metro Bis in house for dinner is a huge plus.

the Inn was family owned and their investment and pride in their facility was obvious. They were friendly and helpful. The bedding and bathrooms were spotless. The people who cleaned the rooms did an excellent job. The location was central to the area. Would definitely stay again. -

everything the moment we checked in we were greeted by a friendly front desk associate. the pool was amazing love the hours for the pool the room was clean comfortable and perfect. the breakfast was more than we could have asked for. great selection and awesome hot breakfast love the breakfast hours from 6-10 am -

I thought that the hotel was nice. I like the decor The rooms were large enough for a family of four.Food in the restaurant is excellent but expensive. -

Myself, my wife and our two teenage kids, 16 and 13, stayed at the Lonesome Dove on our two weeks holiday to the States. Everything good that has been said before is all absolutely true. Lonesome Dove Bed and Breakfast is the perfect get away location. Ruth and Leo are the perfect hosts and make you feel at home the minute you walk in the door. I would recommend and re-stay here over and over. Breakfast was quaint and we enjoyed taking with the other quests. Our bed was comfortable and the view from the bedroom was priceless, it truly captured a photo of wonderful fall NE weather.

Beautiful b&b in the great little town of Phoenicia. If you stay there you can walk to practically everything in town. Beautifully appointed in a country/Victorian style. Tom the owner is just the nicest, most accomodating guy..
