  The location and level of service we received for what we paid was excellent. The shuttle driver, clerks and staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Our room was large and almost felt like a small urban apartment. We loved it! The included breakfast was bountiful and a great way to start both mornings we spent there.   Close to downtown. Motorcycle friendly. Very friendly staff, if they didn't know the answer, they knew somebody who did! - very pleased with everything. look foward to staying again everyone was courteous and very helpful, breakfast delicious.

  We visited Hot Springs for our anniversary and stayed at Embassy Suites for the weekend. My husband and I enjoyed the large 2 room king suite, we both took notice of how clean the hotel was, wonderful friendly staff, and the best complimentary breakfast we've ever encountered. We also enjoyed massages at the spa which was heavenly. - The bed were... ce que les gens disent » exceptionally comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The food was good. The location is an easy walk (or a quick shuttle ride) into town. I appreciated the door between the living room and bedroom so one person could sleep if the other stayed up.
