  The location and level of service we received for what we paid was excellent. The shuttle driver, clerks and staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Our room was large and almost felt like a small urban apartment. We loved it! The included breakfast was bountiful and a great way to start both mornings we spent there.   Close to downtown. Motorcycle friendly. Very friendly staff, if they didn't know the answer, they knew somebody who did! - very pleased with everything. look foward to staying again everyone was courteous and very helpful, breakfast delicious.

  We visited Hot Springs for our anniversary and stayed at Embassy Suites for the weekend. My husband and I enjoyed the large 2 room king suite, we both took notice of how clean the hotel was, wonderful friendly staff, and the best complimentary breakfast we've ever encountered. The location is an easy walk (or a quick shuttle ride) into town. I appreciated the door between the living room and bedroom so one person could sleep if the other stayed up.

  The accommodations were perfect for our purpose. Took a group of 5&6 grade kids to the Passion Play. The pool was perfect for the kids. Also the grounds were perfect for them to play and feel safe. Loved the family suites. The staff was friendly and the coffee was amazing. Also they were patient with the kids and didnt mind them trying the cof... ce que les gens disent » fees. That was a treat. It was very clean and the grounds were beautiful. Would definitely come again for this purpose! Really enjoyed our stay. - Very welcoming check-in from evening managers, with perfect tips for dining before the Opera in the Ozarks. Easy accommodation for a family of 5, which is not common. Nice morning Continental breakfast with very good coffee. Heated outdoor pool was quite comfortable. For the combination of friendliness and value, we were QUITE pleased and would stay again. Fridge, microwave and coffee maker in room. Rocking chairs on front porch of room were homey and comfortable.
