  The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and seemed genuinely interested in the enjoyment of our stay. We were excited about our free upgrade to a harbor view room. We stay at this hotel at least twice a year because of visiting family living in Seward. - The hotel was very clean and comfortable.   Stayed here the last night before leaving Alaska. Great place to stay, nice room and close to the airport. They have a 24 hour shuttle which is great for traveling. - The staff is wonderful - friendly, helpful, actually go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. They actually know many of their customers names.

  Staff! Excellent customer service, gracious and efficient. Really care about patrons needs and comfort. And u still have smoking rooms for safety of senior citizens. Thank you. - Good location. Close to downtown. Clean and comfortable.
