The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and seemed genuinely interested in the enjoyment of our stay. We were excited about our free upgrade to a harbor view room. We stay at this hotel at least twice a year because of visiting family living in Seward. -

Drivers of vans were wonderful and extremely helpful. They were our only source of transportation.
Breakfast was wonderful each and every day---ice cream in the evening was also truly appreciated.
Everyone went out of their way to be helpful. Much appreciated. -

Really enjoyed my 10 nights here fornteh aurora. Hotel was very comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful. I chose this nHotel on the outskirts of town, formteh aurora, it had darker skies, and I saw them quite a few times!! There is a busstop out fron, but be aware that minimal to no service at weekends. -

this motel was a pleasure to stay in, we were in one of the end rooms but the room and facilities made up for the lengthy walk to reception. The staff were great and the shuttle too and from town and the airport was great. Food in the restaurant was amazing and reasonably priced. The lobby was a great place to relax and take in the wall art. -

Location beside the lake with all the personal ski-planes provided good visual entertainment. The Deck restaurant was good value for money with friendly staff, a good entertainer and it was a beautiful sunny evening. My experience in this hotel was very enjoyable and I would stay there again on my next trip.

The staff were friendly & the hotel was quiet & clean. The beds were very comfortable & the hotel was well appointed. The location was close to the airport but slightly out of town. Free shuttles are available from the hotel on demand, so the location out if town is not a problem. -

Stayed here the last night before leaving Alaska. Great place to stay, nice room and close to the airport. They have a 24 hour shuttle which is great for traveling. -
The staff is wonderful - friendly, helpful, actually go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. They actually know many of their customers names.

We arrived late at night (2 AM) on a flight and had parked at Dimond Parking across the street. The Microtel was inexpensive, convenient, and completely suited our needs for a one-night late night stay. Staff was friendly and service was prompt. The hotel is not fancy, but is good value for the money. I would stay again in similar situations. -

Our view from the room was wonderful, we watched the sea otters play in the harbor between the docks. Beautiful snow covered mountains in the background. Window open to the east to watch the sunrise. We could walk to shop & eat, saving gas and getting a little exercise. -
The views are always great. If your from the Lower 48 this is not a 5

The motel was away from the hubbub near the Denali National Park
entrance, yet close enough that we had easy access to the park. The room
was functional, and had a refrigerator and access to wi-fi. Compared to
other lodging in the area, the price was good. The advertisement in the

grounds - we didn't see any on-site, but saw three moose directly
across the highway to the east - wonderful. -
Staff very friendly & helpful, close to Denali & Healy, good food at 49th State Brewery which is just down the road. You get the feeling of being away from it all for example a moose was grazing at the hotel when we got there. Nice to have fridge & microwave in room.
