We stayed there for 2 nights. It was a great experience. We felt this hotel has a very special athmosphere.
At our arrival the hotel owners came out of the hotel to welcome us and to help us to park our car (it is bit less space to park the car right at the hotel, but this wasn't really an issue)
The Benchmark Inn is a small hotel with just a few rooms. Everything was clean. The room has a lot little extras.
The European style breackfast was exellent.

The location was great, the staff was very nice, the rooms were neat and looked recently updated. The general hotel common areas were clean and well maintained at all times. They had a few amenities that most hotels in Provincetown don't, a pool with a fire-pit, BBQs and cocktails in a lounge, as well as breakfast included, which wasn't bad. Al

The rooms are modern and very nicely decorated. Everything was clean and crisp. The beds were soooo comfortable, therefore a great night sleep!!! Do to the rainy weather, we were not able to enjoy the pool (that looked cleaned and welcoming), fire and private beach across the street. The staff were very nice and attentive. There was no odor in room (no mold, no smoke, etc.). Looking forward to staying there again!!!

Been to PTown many times and never stayed this far into the west end and had no idea this motel was here. It was GREAT, very relaxing, pretty, great staff, solid breakfast and clean. It's only 1 mile to the lobster pot and about 5 minutes to "the end" of commercial st. Very quiet and pleasant area. Would definitely return. -

The room was clean and the bedding was fresh and crisp. The complimentary Continental breakfast was a big plus. This was a pleasant place to stay!

Very nice, elegant, stylish yet relaxed hotel, with very friendly staff. Location is superb, close to the heart of the town. Breakfast was abundant, topped with delicious home-made cakes. We had a great time there, can only recommend to anyone. -

The atmosphere and character were unsurpassed. It was great to spend the day out and about and relax in the pool or Hot Tub. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. Our room was on the small side but had a large private terrace which was lovely. The bathroom had a large spa bath !
Wine and cheese events were fun - I would even say a real hoot one afternoon. Everything was clean - and even had free parking.
