The staff was very helpful. They offered to turn the waterfall into the hot tub on ealry and let us stay in the pool after it closed. They also welcomed us to eat the continental breakfast early so we could get an early start to our day. We were given maps of the area and great recomendations on where to eat. Breakfast was good. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good and there was plenty of items to choose from. The grounds were well maintained and clean. The Pool area was very nice. I would definitely stay here again. The hotel is priced just right, and I felt like I got my moneys worth.

Ocean Palms is the best kept secret in Pismo Beach! We loved everything about it!
The management was friendly, the rooms have been updated and are comfortable, immaculate, nicely decorated with all new furniture and a great mini fridge, microwave and small coffee pot. Pool is heated and well kept.

Pismo Beach is great and so is the motel. The location is very close to
downtown and about five minutes from the beach (on foot). The
neighborhood and the surrounding streets are quit, at least at night
when they should be...There is a little swimming pool, however you
better go to the fabulous beach. The rooms are clean and everything in
good condition, the equipment is fair if you do not plan to stay for a

Staff treated us like royalty. It was our 39th anniversary and they had a bottle of Presecco and 2 wine glasses in addition to a Happy Anniversay card signed by all the staff in our room when we arrived. Kelsi at the front desk made great recomendations for restaurants and wineries. Our room overlooked the ocean front and was delightful with the ocean breeze and ocean sounds. It was a memorable weekend.

The room was well cleaned, no stink, it was likeing walking in to a brand new room. Stair way was clean and didnt smell like smoke, roomy showers and bathroom, FREE ICE, GREAT FOR US WE BRING ARE DRINKS AND SNACK SO WE STAY ON BUDGET, SO NOT PAYING FOR ICE WHILE THERE SAVED US MONEY, it was also as I remembered as a child, staying here every oth

The staff was helpful and provided us acces to their microwave. The handicap rooms did not have the small refrigerator / microwave combo. So when you make a RSVP ask for a room with the frig/ microwave combo. That was the only downfall but the staff helped us out which made up for it. Found a new hotel that is also pet friendly. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Doesn't look like anything to special from the outside, with the exeption of the view, but once we stepped inside our room we were in love with our room and view of the pier. 1) Amazing view! Sits on a cliff overlooking the coastline
2) Gazebo area is an amazing area for pictures and to take in the views of the pier on the left and the rocky cliffs on the right
3) Staff was very friendly, I was not happy with the partial ocean view room so after a few room changes we settled in with a very nice view
4) Continental breakfast is actually a decent breakfast - bread eggs pancakes juices coffee danish etc.
5) Great place to go with family or as a couple.

Perfect location - on the beach and just about as close as you're going to get to the Pier and the main downtown spots. Great having designated parking and the ability to walk to all the restaurants/bars/shops.

was able to turn off the a/c and have the door open on the balcony so had the ocean lull us to sleep. Good complimentary breakfast with quite a bit of choice which surprised us as we thought it would only be coffee and pastries.

We arrived in hotel, but terribly!!! knew that I mistaken with days when booked a room. I booked on a week before and no rooms were free in this day. Payment was charged a week before and at that moment I thought that it was in advance. BUT Hotel returned our money despite it was my mistake. It' s great! Thanks.

Best price around that area and my first visit. I enjoyed the comfortable beds, quiet room and friendly staff! The bathroom was clean and linens were packed with a new material that did not affect my allergies (no headaches) like down linen has caused at other hotels in the past.
Slept well and I will be back!

It was good value for money, relatively clean and comfortable and nicely located off the 101 and near the sea. The highway noise didn't bother us but it is close, so if you a light sleeper it may. -
