The staff were really nice. The bed was awesome. My husband has a bad back and usually can't sleep on his back but he could on this bed and slept the best he has in years. Very good deal for the money. Manager was there helping guests with the breakfast and that tells me alot about the way the hotel is run. The overall stay was excellent. We will

This was our first trip to Pigeon Forge and we really loved it. The stay at this hotel was just wonderful. The staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful in every thing we needed to know about the attractions and places and things to see. Will definitely stay here again. We are actually thinking about going back in July and staying at this same hotel.

Our room was clean! Our room was huge! The beds were very comfortable.
The water pressure was great. The air conditioner was cold. The jetted
tub was enormous and relaxing and fun for the kids! I was shocked to see
an older hotel so clean and furnished as well as it was. Comfort is very
important and we were comfortable at the Lazy Bear Inn. -

The beds were comfortable. Asked for smoking room and ground floor and
the lady up front changed out room to accommodate us. She was very

Loved the full breakfast. They make the best omelets! I liked the pools--
one inside, one outside. Good parking! I also loved they would have
coffee and cookies sitting out in the evening and early morning. Then
when we had to check out the morning really early like 4 am, we were

The continental breakfast wasn't your ordinary bagels and muffins.
Country Cascades had fresh made omelettes made in front of you the way
you wanted and the line that stretched down the hallway told you how
good they were! Then they had fresh made biscuits and gravy, belgian
waffle makers where you could make the waffles yourself so they were
hot and the butter melted on them. Not to mention fresh fruit, bagels,
orange and apple juice, cereal, and milk! Another thing I thought was
very amazing

I booked this hotel because the price was so good. Not knowing what to
expect. I was very pleasantly surprised. The owner was very nice and
funny. He gave me lots of advice on how to get around and a lot of
special coupons. Our room was comfy and clean. We will be going back and

WE both loved the location of the Inn it was easy to get around from the Inn and the trolly was also near by. The staff was very helpful on what to see and places to go and see esp the young lady on the desk,who spent most of her time there,she always seemed to be on duty.Hats off to her. GREAT JOB

I had heard many negative things about the hotel but it has been remodeled since then. It was clean and everything worked ( hot spa in room,etc). Very convenient to shopping and restaurants. Good hotel for the budget minded. I would recommend! -

We loved just about everything at The Resort. This is the perfect place to stay for families with children. Our kids loved both the indoor and outdoor pools, as well as the outdoor play area. I have been going to the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area for the past 10+ years. As far as lodging is concerned The Resort @ Governor's Crossing ranks among the best. The location is wonderful, a little away from the Pigeon Forge "strip" but not too far away. The staff is very friendly and committed to making the stay a wonderful one. The water parks (indoor and outdoor) are very well maintained and my kids had a wonderful time. The hotel suite was very clean and had enough room for my family of 5

We go every year and have been going for the last 6 years. We love the location. It's close to everything. The staff was very nice and helpful. Very clean and we were very comfortable. Looking forward to going back next year.
