  Staff was very friendly an gave alot of helpful info. We were just going to stay one day but ended up staying two because they were so friendly. Room was very clean an had a good veiw of the lights at night. Had two or three good places to eat with in walkin distiance an when I say walken distaince I mean one to two mins tops. The staff was very helpful on what to see and places to go and see esp the young lady on the desk,who spent most of her time there,she always seemed to be on duty.Hats off to her. GREAT JOB

  It was about the last room avail in Pigeon Forge for night of 7/4 but we still got for decent rate, was not jacked up. Pleasantly surprised, our kind of place. Older, simple, but very clean, which is what is important to me. Furnishings/fixtures were in vg condition; carpet looked new (or at least recently cleaned). Bathroom was huge (realized aft... ce que les gens disent » wd, we had the hdcp accessible room, so probably why bathroom as large. But maybe all hotels should design floor plan this way). Hotel provided donuts - We go every year and have been going for the last 6 years. We love the location. It's close to everything. The staff was very nice and helpful. Very clean and we were very comfortable. Looking forward to going back next year.

The moment you walk into the hotel you are immediately taken back by the gorgeous decorations, friendly staff and very clean environment. After a day on the town, you then sleep on the "Sleep in heavenly Peace," - Hotel is amazingly clean, right in middle of strip walking distance to Starbucks and a number of restaurants. Service is amazing! Free breakfast, good coffee in lobby. Santa comes Thurs and Sat night for kids. Cookies and milk every night. Everything in Pigeon Forge has a gimmick so don't pass on this just because of Xmas theme. I would stay here for relaxing, mountain trip, business but family trip is a must. They have outdoor and indoor pools, nice workout area, and outdoor places to just
