  One of the nice things about this hotel is that it sits a bit back off of the main strip but it is still within walking distance of many stores and entertainment areas, including a movie theatre. There is a traffic signal just down the block and if you are acquainted with the traffic at Pigeon Forge you will know this is a real bonus. Breakfast & dining area was very good. The pool was great. New pull out sofa in rooms was comfortable. Clean, convenient location in Pigeon Forge is close to Dollywood & the new Baseball Fields on Wears Valley Rd. It's located about midway on the parkway so everything is close! Very pleasantly surprised with the quality, all inside corridor rooms.

  The staff was great. The housekeeper arranged all my sons stuffed animals on the bed after making and my son loved it. - Nice and clean. Everything was great! I would stay again. ;)

  We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and a good size. The staff was very friendly and ready to help with whatever we needed. The cleaning staff was very friendly. I really enjoyed staying at James Manor. Next time we visit we will probably use this hotel again. - Based on other reviews I had read I didn't know what to expect.
