  We arrived a few hours before check-in but the receptionist was kind enough to let us check in early (which we deeply appreciated given how tired we were). Our room was very comfortable and affordable as well. They also have free breakfast which was much better than I thought it would be (yogurt, eggs, biscuits & gravy, pastries/breads, waffle... ce que les gens disent » maker to make fresh waffles, etc). Some of their mini pastry items were stale but it was still nice to have breakfast waiting for you in the morning! - The staff was fabulous - friendly, professional, very hard working. Even the manager helped housekeeping, so they could meet their 4p deadline. They were 100% full 4th of July weekend. The room, while not luxurious was clean, the rug looked brand new, every detail was perfect. I loved my balcony for morning coffee and evening reading. The breakfast was really great, they had everything.

  We arrived around noon and were immediately greeted by Ray at the front desk. Very nice, very helpful and he got us right into our room. Robin on overnight was great too! Jessica, Austin and their dad made our cowboy dinner a night to remember. My nine year old daughter had a second helping of food for the first time ever! But the best th - We wanted to come up from the Valley to play in the snow. Found Kohl's Ranch online and booked it. Always nervous about booking some place you really no nothing about other than the reviews, we were so excited when we pulled up and when we got to our suite. Loved the location, the room, the Resort grounds, the staff, the SNOW. Calendar had several great activities. Staying just one evening didn't allows us to take advantage of them this trip, but there will be a next time.
