  We read all the reviews before booking our stay & were kinda concerned but decided this is where we wanted to go. We checked in & got to our room which was not in the best spot so we called front desk & they switched us to another room that was so much better & close to everything & lake view at no extra charge.   The location was great for shopping at the Premium Outlet across the street. The hotel was much nicer inside than expected from looking at the outside which was fair. The hotel was clean and nice--good free breakfast. - Clean room frendly staff
