  On arrival we were told we had been upgraded to a larger room with a refrigerator. When we got to the room we discovered there were no lights installed. We called Reception and they sent someone up. He said the room should not have been used and offered to move us but we asked him just to bring some portable lights as we had already unpacked. ... ce que les gens disent » This he did. About 30 minutes later my partner decided to have a shower and the water control handle came off in his hand. We decided to go to Recep - Location to Convention Center was great because you could avoid traffic on International Drive. Rooms were clean and quiet. Pool and pool bar were exceptional and staff at the pool bar were friendly and great to talk to.

  The staff was friendly and helpful. We like having a free shuttle to universal studios. The room was great! Lots of amenities like free bottled water, internet, free choc chip cookies on check in, clean room, customary shampoo/conditioner but we also liked the free sewing repair Kit! We tthoroughly enjoyed our stay here and plan to stay here again... ce que les gens disent » the Next time we come to universal - The goal to surpass our expectations! It was reflected in the warm cookies at checkin, quick check-in, free and fast wifi, hassle free billing correction, free shuttle to universal studios. Also the location was really walking distance... 10 minutes.. to Universal Studios.
