  Very friendly and comfortable hotel. Excellent location for exploring Oakland and for transport links to San Francisco by ferry, bus and BART. Beautiful lounge area for relaxing by the fire with complimentary coffee or tea. Great pool with fantastic views of the marina.   Great value for money, comfortable and clean hotel, near Oakland Airport. I would like to personally thank GM Mike for helping us out with an issue. Also Mike noticed that our bikes were sitting next to the car and moved them inside hotel in the middle of the night to make sure they're safe.   I like the helpfulness of the lady at the front desk by the name of Catherine she went way above and beyond the call of duty to help us when our battery was dead she didn't make us call a tow truck she made sure we got jumped right there and made it on our way she was fantastic - Staff very friendly. clean room.
