My father and I shared a standard queen room overnight while visiting
nyc to see a concert. I was amazed that the concierge desk is open and
available 24-7 - we ended up checking into our room at around 10:45 pm
and the staff was still very happy to greet us. Each staff member
expressed their wonderful personality and kindness in every interaction,
and were 100% accommodating. The decor of common spaces as well as that
of our room was chic yet comfortable; we enjoyed the entire experience.

This hotel is fabulous. We unfortunately only got to stay here one night, but the staff was more than accomodating to us and all of our needs. The fact that the hotel was so small made it so you saw the same front
of house staff everyday. It made everything feel very familiar and
comfortable. The concierge was a great help in choosing a show and
getting us great seats at the very last minute. The front desk was
accommodating when we asked to change rooms as well. The room, although
small, felt very comfortable and not too crowded.

We were sent to a room initially that had been cleaned but then it looked like someone had come afterwards to shower and dress (used razor in shower, empty perfume bottle, towel and robe used, etc.) The staff was very apologetic, sent us to a better room and sent up a bottle of red wine. Waking up to a view of High Line Park and the Empire State Building. Comfortable bed, quiet despite being in the middle of the city and great shower. For our first visit to New York we wanted to do it properly and the Hotel on Rivington was fantastic from start to finish! We were well looked after by all the staff and it offered everything we wanted. A Room with a stunning view of the city, a soft bed and in a great part of town.

We came to marry in nyc and sent in advance a request to be on an upper floor. We were immediately replied and we were upgraded to a corner room.
Upon our arrival we were welcomed by champagne in our beautiful room, and were also given treats later on.

The Standard. The staff was so service minded and helpful 24/7! I
asked for a room on a high floor and we ended up with the most amazing
view which made our trip unforgettable. Even though the lobby and
restaurant was under construction the experience the hotel as a whole
was very satisfying. It did not bother us at all. I will recommend this
hotel to everyone who wants to stay at a great hotel with service minded

I can't say enough about how awesome this hotel was. I kept telling
my husband, "Wow!! We SCORED!!!!" The rooms were quite
spacious, the shower had great water pressure, we loved having a little
mini kitchen with a fridge, stove top and dishwasher. It was great for
reheating leftovers when the kids were hungry. The staff was courteous

Everything about this hotel was amazing. I had originally booked a 3 night stay for my mom and myself. We had a room with two double beds and it was surprisingly spacious from my previous experience with NYC hotels. We didn't feel like we were stepping all over eachother! We ended up needing to stay for another night and the staff were very accommodating eventhough we ended up having to stay in a King room.
