  The staff is extremely accommodating. The continental breakfast is also outstanding. The motel itself is a little outdated and the tv's should probably be replaced... but, I can watch tv at home. They are so comfortable. I like the breakfast (a real breakfast) I really enjoyed the tiki bar, and the beach. The staff is great especailly liz that was my waitress at breakfast. I cant wait to come back. Love love love the balcony!!!

  The location - the view from the balcony at the front looking out over the sea was fantastic. We had booked a weekend away during our main holiday to Orlando to celebrate my 50th birthday and we were upgraded by the hotel to ocean view rooms. The most friendly bunch of gals. Housekeeping was very good, just took til the end of the day to get to our room, but very nice girls.   We loved the unique decorations of every room. The courtyard and rooms are adorable and one of a kind. If you want to break away from the monotonous looks/feels of big chain hotels come to this small, relaxed, clean hotel. The beach is literally 2 blocks away so there is no need to find parking.   The service was superb from the time we arrive for check-in, to the docent who introduced himself shortly after our arrival ... everything. - Staff was very friendly and helpful the moment we drove up. A bit pricey but worth the extra $ to not have to worry about anything.

The room was spacious, clean and conveniently located to the hotel's adminities (breakfast, desk, pool/beach). The pool was fantastic (the kids and adults loved the pool with the water falls).   Breakfast was excellent - scrambled and hard-boiled eggs. Bed very comfy and clean room. Exceptional staff. - I love the cleaness of the rooms and hotel itself, the staff was all so very nice and accomodating as well.
