  The staff without exception were very good, cheerful and helpful. We had a sea front room with large balcony but the decor was tired and needed up grading. The bathroom needed changing the toilet 1 cm from the door and should be moved to another wall. - I love the fact that we were able to get a ocean view room on short notice. Happy Holidays. - Everything was wonderful. The hotel is very modern, the rooms have brand new furniture. The staff is very friendly and they pay a lot of attention to detail. The rooms and facilities are very clean and perfectly maintained. I would definitely recommend the hotel and go back there anytime. The beach is great and the pool area is exquisite. The hotel is very close to Ocean Drive.

  The front office staff, particulary Alexandra and Venera(I hope i spelled that correctly) where extremely helpful and welcoming. The rooms are HUGE for a hotel. They have have been completely refurbished and are are now modern in decor and very contemporary. The beds are medium to firm and very comfortable ( for our likes).   Like everyone who takes the time to write this reveiw, I liked the location. The two ladies who works the morning shift are excellent. I like the 24 hour convinence store attached to the hotel and the cafe tables outside.The kitchen in the room is a huge perk considering that south beach restaurants are expensive.
