The staff without exception were very good, cheerful and helpful. We had a sea front room with large balcony but the decor was tired and needed up grading. The bathroom needed changing the toilet 1 cm from the door and should be moved to another wall. -

We had a suit and it had everything me and wife wanted, clean bathroom, jacuzzi and ocean view very nice. also every Saturday there's a pool party with live dj. If you want to avoid valet parking witch cost 38$ a day there's public self parking right next to the hotel for 1$ an hour from 8am-6pm after that it's free

The hotel is just perfect! The best place to stay in South Beach. Located well enough both for beach and shopping, a bit on the side from the load streets. The hotel's motto was "yes is the answer", what's your question ? The staff is friendly and professional especially those that work the front desk like Carol, Liam, Axel and William. There is always a bowl of "help yourself" fruit in the lobby along with USA Today Newspapers. Whether you choose continental breakfast or the upgrade breakfast, both hit the spot. The outdoor pool is nice but the hotel is downtown and a row of hedges separates the pool from the sidewalk.

Doesn't look like a place you would want to stay from the outside
but, this is a real gem! Excellent service. I had been charged for food
I never used out of our in room bar and they promptly credited my
account with no questions asked! Love the morning coffee and the evening
wine tasting! Nice pool. I would stay here again! -

relaxing place (with a buzz)! -
I like that each time I arrive, it seems familiar and there is a home-like comfort. A stay for 4 or 5 days can feel like 4 or 5 weeks and I always leave wanting more.
It's always amazing that Alex always remembers me. This year he said "welcome home" when I arrived and it did feel like it.
