The service was impeccable. Staff were friendly and more than willing to help with any request. Early checkin and late checkout request was accomodated with ease which was important as we had flown in from Australia. We got upgraded to a suite as it was our honeymoon. The room was quite simply the best I have stayed in and I've stayed in a few suites. Fantastic location right opposite famous Santa Monica pier and behind
Bloomingdales and shopping on 3rd Promenade. Rooms were modern and
bathroom has clear glass wall to see into bedroom, which was a novelty
for my 7yo daughter. Free internet/wifi was fantastic. Was given
glass of champagne at check in which was a nice surprise. My daughter
loved the heated pool.

The location was outstanding: right across from the beach. The pool had a wonderful set up with cabannas and two smaller pools which made it more intimate. The décor was modern and fun. The staff was very accommodating and knew us by name. I even got a text on my cell phone asking if we needed any help. There wasn't a wait for valet to bring the car up.

problems. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved the bed. So
comfortable and relaxing. Easy to get to with easy parking as I was
pulling a trailer. About three block from Hollywood Blvd. Great place to
stay and pricing was pretty good as well. -

It was a spacious & comfortable contemporary suite tucked away off Sunset Blvd. Close to all the action, but tucked away in a residential type area. Very quiet. Excellent gym for a hotel. Very cool decor.

The room was spacious ( 3rd level handicap accessible rooms) with a
patio. Room 355 and 353. We were next to the pool and gym. The room had
rain forest shower heads and very comfortable beds. You can order a
complimentary fridge for your room and connect the rooms together with
