  Everything was perfect at La Quinta. Since I get there, with an early check in they found a very nice and very clean room for me. Nice view to be at that area, immaculate cleanness , nice bathroom, super HD flat TV SCREEN, free internet, shuttle bus running all day long to and from the airport every 10 minutes. They gave us a super late check out til 6pm without extra charge. We had a problem with Southwest and didnt help us. Its so stressful especially with 2 kids and 8 big luggages. Frankie made our la quinta experience wonderful. We are definitely staying at la quinta again.

Early checkin and late checkout request was accomodated with ease which was important as we had flown in from Australia. Location is excellent - right on West 3rd, a couple minutes' walk from the Beverly Center, great restaurants on 3rd, and boutique shops.
