Personnel courtois. Après une visite à Nappa Valley, nous avons fait une dégustation de vin fromage dans la salle à manger. C'était magnifique, j'en garde de beaux souvenirs. The hotel was very modern, and very comfortable, if we had more time I would have definitely used more of the facilities offered in the hotel. The sights were so beautiful in san fran, will definitely be coming back here again.

I really liked the décor - based on a poster for the film Vertigo. The emphasis on white made the interior look very clean and fresh. Our bed was very comfortable and we were particularly grateful to be able to take off the duvet and have just the lovely sheets and cotton blanket. Good location just a walk from Union Square. Easy access to Muni. Helpful receptionists. Fridge and coffee making machine. Great breakfast place directly across the street.

The hotel staff were very friendly, helpful and courteous, nothing was
too much trouble for them. We were booked into one of the King corner
rooms on the 22nd floor and the view over the city and the bay was
superb. The hotel a bus stop that takes you directly to Fisherman's
wharf or in the other direction is the terminus for the cable car.

Great rooms with a nice view from the 23rd floor. Excellent staff, courteous, and friendly. We were able to walk daily and to have close access to the bus line. Around the corner multiple restaurants for late suppers. Highly recommended. Was there with my wife and 4 older children.
