The staff was by far the best I have encountered my for years living here. Professional, dedicated, polite, they felt like a family and they made me and my girlfriend feel very welcome and connected.
The room was perfect, the bag handler even showed us a private tour of our room and how to use many of its features.

I thought Rhisa, who checked me in was a wonderful concierge who helped me with all my inquiries and had bell hop take all my treasures up to my room! Davey, the IT person helped me get my Wi-Fi set very quickly! The room I had was in the far side of the main building where it was quite and no problems with getting around. I was very pleased with

I was concerned about the property after reading reviews & was
pleasantly pleased with everything about the hotel. Noise was not an
issue as so many reviewers said. But it is a city so there will be some.
We closed our windows at night & slept well. Great location. Buses
out front. IHop across the street. Staff went out of their way to help
whenever approached. I would stay here again.

Location was perfect. View was superb. Pool, restaurants, cafes, rooms are all fantastic. Easy access to beach right in front of hotel as well as own private beach area. Excellent poolside bar. Hotel has own bus area to the side where most of the tour buses pick up. Would highly recommend it. -

The hotel is extremely beautiful, in an amazing location, perfectly maintained, and the service was impeccable. A friend had recommended staying in the original building. we absolutely loved everything! The customer service was great. The room was awesome, very comfortable & relaxing. Nobu Restaurant was excellent. This hotel definitely deserves a 5 star. It was everything we expected it to be!
