The service at this Hotel ranked up there with service we have received at luxury chains. The hotel is right on the Univ. of Houston campus and thus ran by students. We were amazed at their attentiveness and hospitality. Wish all Hiltons were like this! -

Almost everything. Very quiet. Nice bath products. Clean and well
maintained. Meals were very good. Breakfast and dinner. Restaurant staff
worked very hard to provide good service. Spa and pool area were very
very nice. Shuttle bus is an excellent service to nearby attractions,
restaurants etc. -

Sa tranquillité , son luxe -
The location was perfect for us because we were heading to an Astros game and Minute Maid was just a couple of blocks away. We enjoyed the complimentary happy hour, breakfast and wifi. Though they only offered valet parking, it was less expensive than having to pay to self park in another lot. -

... ce que les gens disent » walking distance to the Minute Maid Stadium, there was a beautiful park next to it and the rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. The hotel was clean and the staff at the front desk were friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The Four Seasons was very professional and efficient.
The decor was good and staff were friendly,courteous and discrete.Service was superb and all facilities were very well organised. -
Courtesey car provided quick service to my downtown destinations.
Staff were attentive and helpful at all times.
Third night was free making this stay extremely

It was very nice & spacious room... Checkout was simple & they held my bags until after our event so we could remain parked in vallet. -

Staff on reception, were excellent, extremely welcoming and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. Definitely would stay there again.
The bed (12th Floor) so comfy a real treat! -
I enjoyed the resturant a variety of food buffet. My husnand and i loved it. Everyone was polite and helpful. We would stay here again.
