It was our first time with my friend in New York and the hotel was perfect for us as it was 10 minutes walk to time square. We would walk easily from time square to the hotel after 12am.
The room was small but we loved that it was perfectly clean. We were hardly in the room as we would leave for breakfast at 7am then leave for our sightseeing and

The room was confortable, the matress, pillows and sheets were perfect.
Well maintained, all furniture, carpets, wallpaper, courtains, bathroom, lamps were in good condition.
It wasn't noisy or at least it was not a problem for me (I was on floor 11)

Chambre calme, spacieuse, propre et personnel très attentif - The quietness. Like a retreat. Great food. - Staff were courteous and efficient. Checked in early but no rooms were available, they said they would call me when I could go to the room. They did. The room I got I didn't like (close to elevator door and TV not straight in from of bed).

Good base to explore New York. Very comfortable hotel, room was spotlessly clean with plenty of toiletries & beautiful towels. Room comfort excellent. The security of the hotel. After hours having to use your room key to get past the door security officer then also to make the lift work makes you feel safe. The staff is always happy and friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make your stay memorable for the right reasons. The breakfast was awesome too.

Our experience was great from our reception by the doorman helping us with our bags, our greeting as we checked in and the comfort of our room. We even got a n/c upgrade. The rooms were a lot better than expected, luxury bathrooms even in the standard rooms.
The hotel itself is in a great location close to most of the tourist sites. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed there for my birthday and was amazed as soon as I walked in the door! The level of customer service was top notch! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is swanky and done right from the artwork in the lobby to the, spa, to the rooms, to the restaurant and nightclub. It truly is a one stop shop experience. Prix et proximité de manhattan - Le personnel est très professionnel et se plie en 4 pour satisfaire laclientèle. Les chambres sont spacieuses, très confortables, bienéquipées et décorées avec goût. Une superbe terrasse aménagée avecbeaucoup de goût, au dernier étage de l'hotel, offre une vueexceptionnelle sur Manhattan.
