I truly enjoy my stay at the Roosevelt. I loved the turn down service. Everything about our stay was fantastic. I would stay at the Roosevelt again in a heart beat. I wish I could have stayed longer. -

The hotel was really nice and in perfect location near the French quartet but still far enough from all the noise of Bourbon Street. For our surprise, the hotel offered free complimentary breakfast for each morning which was really good. The staff was helpful and helped us to book a nice swamp tour. Location was excellent, staff very helpful and friendly, good breakfast.
As part of a package that was purchased online we went on a 4 day cruise
and had 2 nights at the Hyatt Regency. The nights at Cotton Exchange
were an add on that we purchased on our own. We preferred the Cotton
Exchange by far. We wouldn't hesitate to come again and recommend it
to our friends. Not so of the Hyatt. We would never go there again. Your
staff is really excellent!

A bit too much "work" going on in lobby and out front
throughout the stay - I know such must occur, but perhaps some small
discount/accomodation is in order for those who endure it. Still not
too big a deal for me, but something to think about. Also disappointed
as a gold member that letsbookhotel.com had a cheaper rate than through the
Hilton Honors website - did not understand that

I loved everything about the Blake Hotel. The staff was fantastic. My room was very comfortable and I felt very safe in this location. It has an onsite restaurant that serves good food and it is very close to the French Quarter, Canal Street shopping, the St Charles St trolley and only a 10 minute brisk walk to Cafe du Monde. Loved everything about the hotel! The location was perfect for us - a short walk from the French Quarter and Bourbon Street, but far enough away that it was quiet at night. Also loved the restaurant downstairs for a quick, convenient meal when we didn't have time to stop elsewhere. Our hotel room was clean and nicely decorated. I read other reviews that said the rooms weren't nice, but ours was very nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff was wonderful and very helpful. Duane and Jayne were great. The room was big and there was a tub in the bathroom. The room was the right temperature. I loved this hotel! My husband and I stayed at this hotel for my birthday weekend. I use to live in New Orleans, but this was my husband's first visit and we had a blast. The Customer Service from the time you pull up to valet parking to checking in and out at the end of your stay is Beyond excellent as well as the location. -
